Dr Rob quit teaching at a business school because he believed exams and essays aren’t an effective way to develop practical skills like leadership, which is best learnt on the job. We are a small start-up with a big vision: “To Build a Wiser World.” Dr Rob left his university teaching post to help make AI a positive force in the workplace by training AI on his wisdom-based approach to leadership development.
